The purpose of our appointment was to check the fit of my son's new contact lenses. He had experienced some discomfort with one of them. The appointment (from checking in, initial screening, the Dr.'s evaluation, our aftercare and the payment process) went very smoothly. The doctor eased our concerns about the contacts. I especially appreciated the personal attention we received from Mary Kay, and the free contact lens products we were given.

Everyone in the office was very nice and professional. i tell everyone about them. I had to have my glasses replaced due to scratches and they got me my new pair ASAP. Without any additional expense. I just went in to get an exam and contacts, not only was the doctor nice but Mary Kay was the kindest women explaining everything to me about my billing and my contacts. Thank you all so very much.

My ultimate impression of a business occurs not when everything goes right, but when things go wrong. When there were problems fitting lenses to my frames, Omaha Primary Eye Care went out of their way to make sure than everything was right, even though it meant providing new frames that my insurance didn't cover for another year. My vision isn't easy to correct and Dr. Langford listened and worked with me to give me the prescription that has worked better for me than any other time I've been to an ophthalmologist. The entire staff I worked with were friendly, easy to talk to, and they took time to listen and not rush me through my appointment. The entire staff I dealt with was courteous. Dr. Kubica has been my doc of choice for a good number of years. She is nice, jokes around a bit, but is very professional. She's good with kids and thorough with the exams. Yet, I don't recall ever having to sit long in the waiting room. They generally roll you in and get you out in good time. Front desk ladies are very courteous and welcoming.

I had no problem setting an appointment, and the receptionist was attentive and ver nice as soon as I walked in. The tests I took prior to seeing Dr. Langford seemed state of the art to me, and I was happy to pay the extra to have pictures taken of my inner eyes rather than go through dilation - very nice!!! The technicians listened to the problems I've had with the three discount optical stores I've gone to because of my insurance plan, and the Dr. Langford spent the time wit me listening and evaluating the problems I've gone through. I had Lasik surgery at 45, and for ten years now I've struggled with glasses that wouldn't work well for my vision from reading to working on the computer to driving and golfing. My husband had a great experience at Omaha Primary Eye Care and now I have too! Great selection of frames, and they took the time to make sure the style will be an excellent fit for my prescription.

I've never had an issue with Omaha Primary Eye Care. I've been going there for about four year. Dr. Kubica is extremely friendly and the staff are as well. My appointment was for 3:10 and I showed up about 15 minutes early . . . they got me right in and I was done by 3:15. No complaints.

Omaha Primary Eye Care has taken care of my family for years. I can always get an appointment that is convenient and I never have to wait long once I am there. All the ladies are helpful and friendly and they remember me and our four boys each time we are in. With a family of 6 wearing glasses/contacts, they are very forgiving with breakages and repairs. When my husband suffered an eye trauma Dr. Kubica was very informative and patient with helping us through a rough time. I often recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I took my 3 kids for their annual eye exams. Much to my surprise, my 5 year-old needed glasses. The staff was so kind and caring with all my kids but especially talking to my 5 year-old explaining why he needed glasses. I have had to go back to get his glasses adjusted (surprise!) and every staff member that I have come in contact with has been helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend Omaha Primary Eye Care.

The service was great! Dr. K had to leave because of an emergency and the other physician (forgot his name!) filled in without complaint. I appreciated the attention and was impressed that the wait time was still minimal! I also love the new technology being used to communicate through e-mail and text messaging. My son was competing in an AJGA golf tournament in Ashland, NE when he got sand in his eye. The eye was worse on the second day. We found Omaha Primary Eye Care in the phone book and drove there (we are from out of state). The front desk ladies were very informative, professional, and friendly. They got us right in. Coworker recommended Dr Corey Langford and he was wonderful as was the rest of my experience beginning to end: sign is easy to spot from street, office is attractive, all staff I interacted with (receptionist, first nurse?, Doctor, second nurse?, glasses sales person, and checkout person who was original receptionist) were welcoming, knowledgable, kind, and put me very much at ease- quite the feat because I am naturally anxious. I found out after-the-fact that this is my mom's eye doctor as well, and she loves this place too. I would highly recommend to anyone seeking eye care.

They (the optical staff) are so good to us over there. You're warranty is great - your staff is always willing to change a nose pad or fix my daughters glasses. They even noticed a scratch on her lenses and replaced them without me even asking!
We moved here from out of town and my mom recommended you. You are a little out of the way but you are totally worth it.

Happy New Year! I called your office in the morning to see if you had any cancellations for yesterday, Monday or Tuesday for my exam before I go back to school. Dr. Langford was very busy so I was going to make it in Feb. late afternoon. The receptionist asked if I wanted to be contacted if they had any cancellations. She called me at noon and my apt. was a 3:00!. You've got a great staff working for you! I came home and told my husband everyone I talked to was very friendly, helpful and super nice! It is always nice to visit with Dr. Corey and I had a great check-up!!

A special thank you to Mary Kay, Patty and Susie. I live in Harrison County, Iowa and work downtown. I arrived at the office just as Mary Kay was locking the door. She recognized me and knew I was stopping by to pick up my glasses. She unlocked the door and invited me in. I needed to remove my contacts and Mary Kay gave me a case and cleaner to put them in. Patty and Susie then helped me get my new glasses fitted. The staff all waited together as a team as I was being assisted. All were very warm and kind. We finished about 6:15 p.m. and then I drove the 40 miles home. THANK YOU!!! I appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and that I did not have to make another trip. AWESOME STAFF!!!

My son and I were in to get new glasses last week and experienced nothing but professional service. But, it does get better! While awaiting the arrival of our new glasses, my wonderful son (12 yrs old) while playing football with friends, dropped and crushed his old glasses. We didn't have a replacement pair because those were left on the back of someone's car this past summer! I called Omaha Primary Eye Care and talked with David. I explained what happened and he stated he would locate my son's glasses and see how soon they could be completed. He stated he would call me back in 5 minutes and he literally returned the call within 5 minutes and let me know that he would have them done at a local lab to ensure they were done the same day hopefully by 3 pm. I received a call from Susie at 1:00 on the nose letting me know they were complete and ready to be picked up! You just don't find service like this very many places any more! I am so grateful and thankful to David, Susie and all the staff for going out of their way to ensure our happiness and satisfaction! You all deserve a pat on the back and if it helps, a BIG raise!

I just wanted to thank you VERY much for being patient and persistent with my contact lens fitting. I am so happy with how my new lenses are working. I think we have FINALLY found something I can live with! I put my lenses in yesterday evening when I received them and have been amazed at their comfort and the clear vision. I can read my watch and cell phone without reaching for additional glasses. I have worn them today to work and drove without any adverse effects. No headaches or dryness, just terrific functioning vision! I feel so relieved to have finally found something workable. You have been amazingly patient with me and I appreciate your hard work.

I have been a patient at Omaha Primary Eye Care for over one year - moving here from out of state. I have experienced nothing but professional eye care and a business office that is very responsive. I have received many free-of-charge contact lenses to ensure I've gotten just the right lens for my unique needs before making any purchase. I wanted to let you know about the experience we had with David from your office. We had been in your office a few times after our July appointments getting glasses fitted, then correcting problems with each of our prescriptions. New glasses were ordered for me, but I hadn't heard from anyone to say they were in. (However, I kept forgetting to call and check).
Then, one evening, we were ordering dinner out and saw David and his family. We said "hi" (thinking he didn't know us and we didn't know him). He then asked how our glasses were working out. I told him that I didn't have mine yet and he was surprised and said he thought they were in. He then asked my husband about his. My husband told him that they seemed okay, but that he'd been wondering whether they had the anti-glare coating on them. (several people had commented on the fact there seemed to be a glare on them)
David took a closer look at them (right there in the restaurant) and confirmed that the coating wasn't on them. David then told us that he would order new lenses for my husband and check mine and call to let us know whether they were in. He did both of these things the very next day.
We wanted you and David to know that we really appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile and make sure we had what we ordered and that the glasses were working for us. He is a credit to your business and was a pleasure to work with.
